Community Guidelines
Respect, authenticity, and safety are non-negotiable.
These guidelines apply to profiles, services, reviews, messages, and all other activity connected to Nowzi. They work alongside our Terms of Service and do not replace applicable law.
Treat people with respect
- Do not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, discriminate against, or abuse another person.
- Do not post hate speech, degrading content, or content that targets a person or group because of identity, disability, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, or another protected characteristic.
- Do not send sexual, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content through Nowzi messaging or reviews.
Be authentic and honest
- Do not impersonate a person, business, or Nowzi representative.
- Do not misrepresent professional qualifications, licensing, services, availability, identity, location, pricing, reviews, or business information.
- Do not use scams, phishing, deceptive payment requests, fraudulent provider information, or other practices intended to mislead another user.
Use marketplace tools responsibly
- Do not spam users, misuse messaging, send unwanted promotional content, or attempt to move transactions off-platform to avoid applicable policies or fees.
- Do not manipulate reviews, offer compensation for a dishonest review, create fake accounts, or coordinate deceptive ratings.
- Do not use Nowzi to facilitate unlawful, unsafe, exploitative, or harmful conduct.
Report and block
If you see content or behavior that may violate these Guidelines, use the in-app report feature for the relevant profile, review, or message. You may also block an interaction where that control is available.
For urgent non-emergency safety concerns, email support@nowzi.app with the subject “Safety escalation.” If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services first.
Enforcement
We may investigate reported conduct and take action proportionate to the information available. This can include content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, booking limitations, account suspension, account removal, or referral to appropriate authorities where legally required or appropriate.
Submitting a false or retaliatory report, attempting to evade enforcement, or creating replacement accounts after removal may itself result in enforcement action.
