Customer help

For help with your account, discovering a professional, a booking, a payment, or a cancellation, email us with the email address on your Nowzi account and any relevant booking details.

Nowzi V1 supports on-demand bookings. If a professional or service is unavailable, choose another available professional or contact support for help understanding the status shown in the app.

Provider help

Providers can contact us for help with profile access, services, professional-license upload, account review status, Stripe Connect onboarding, booking management, or payout-related questions.

Please do not send license documents, payment-card information, bank details, account passwords, or government identification by email unless our secure support process explicitly requests it.

Booking and payment support

• Include the booking date, service, and the email address connected to your Nowzi account when contacting us about a booking or charge.
• If a payment did not complete, do not repeatedly submit the same booking. Check your booking status first, then contact support if the status is unclear.
• For unauthorized-payment concerns, contact your financial institution promptly and email Nowzi Support so we can review the associated account and booking activity.

Safety escalation

Use the in-app reporting and blocking controls when you encounter unsafe behavior, harassment, suspicious activity, or inappropriate content. For urgent concerns, email our support team with the subject line “Safety escalation.”

Nowzi is not an emergency service. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
