Trust & Safety
A safer marketplace starts with clear choices.
Nowzi provides tools and review processes designed to help customers and providers report concerns, control interactions, and raise safety issues.
Report concerns
Use the in-app reporting tools to report a profile, review, or message that you believe violates our rules or creates a safety concern. Reports are sent to the Nowzi moderation process for review.
When submitting a report, describe what happened accurately and include relevant context. Do not use reporting tools to retaliate against another user or to make knowingly false claims.
Block interactions
Use the in-app block controls to limit interaction with a participant when appropriate. Blocking is not a substitute for emergency assistance or a report of an immediate threat.
Provider verification
Nowzi may collect and review provider professional-license information as part of provider onboarding. Verification and review controls help inform marketplace access, but they do not guarantee a particular service outcome or eliminate all risk.
Customers should use their own judgment when selecting services and should communicate expectations, accessibility needs, and concerns directly through the appropriate Nowzi channels.
Urgent and emergency situations
Nowzi is not an emergency-response service and cannot provide emergency assistance. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately.
For non-emergency unsafe conduct, harassment, threats, suspected fraud, impersonation, or inappropriate content, use the in-app report/block tools and email support@nowzi.app with the subject “Safety escalation.”
Our response
We review reports under our Community Guidelines and Terms. Depending on the circumstances, we may request further information, restrict features, remove content, suspend access, or take other enforcement action consistent with our policies and applicable law.
