How to contact us

Email support@nowzi.app. To help us respond, include your name, the email address associated with your Nowzi account, whether you are a customer or provider, and a concise description of what happened.

For booking or payment questions, include the relevant booking date and service. Do not include your password, full payment-card number, bank information, professional-license document, or government identification in your message.

Safety concerns

For unsafe behavior, harassment, threats, suspected fraud, or inappropriate content, use the in-app report and block tools when available and email support@nowzi.app with the subject “Safety escalation.”

Nowzi is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services before contacting Nowzi.
